Operations Analyst

• Follow up on internal accounts and ensure timely resolution;
• Review and control transactions, files, and bookings processed by other teams;
• Detect errors, irregularities, and operational risks, and escalate them appropriately;
• Manage and maintain FX static data and oversee the end‑to‑end FX and Money Market process, including offshore activities;
• Respond to queries from internal stakeholders and external financial institutions and prepare regular reports and periodic statistics.
