How to apply
Send us your CV, and if your profile matches what we’re looking for, we’ll invite you for a first interview. If all goes well, you’ll be invited for a second interview with our internal recruiter in which you’ll take part in a role-play scenario. Next, you’ll be invited to take part in an assessment center: you’ll work with us for half a day so you can get a taste of how it’s like working at Ergon and get to know your future colleagues. The final step is an interview with our Managing Director. And that’s how you join the Ergon family!
