Position
The Management Assistant will be (i) taking care of the CEO’s professional and private administration and (i) monitoring and updating databases. The main activities and responsibilities will be:
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
- Circulate and file administrative documents
- Manage private administration for the CEO
- Answer and manage incoming calls
- Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
- Receive and interact with incoming visitors
- Frequent contacts with very senior people (i.e. investors, shareholders, C-level people of participations, board members, advisors)
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels and in all regions
- Design and maintain databases (including investor relations CRM system)
Profile
- The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor degree in Office Management, in Multilingual Business Communication or Languages and has minimum 2-3 previous experience as an executive assistant.
- Language: perfect knowledge of English, French, and Dutch.
- Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of MS Office Suite.
