Collaborate with internal stakeholders across business lines, product management, and sales to ensure commercial alignment.

Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with industry regulations and internal compliance requirements.

Report on marketing performance through KPIs, data insights, and ROI tracking.

Drive innovation by exploring new marketing technologies, tools, and trends.
Profile

Minimum 5–10 years of marketing experience, preferably in the financial sector.

Proven experience in a strategic marketing leadership role, managing teams and stakeholders.

Demonstrated success in leading cross-border or cross-company projects.

Experience managing marketing budgets, planning cycles, and external agencies.

Strong understanding of financial markets, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.

Additional certifications in digital marketing, data analytics, or strategic communications are a strong asset.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and campaign results.

Expertise in digital marketing tools (SEO/SEA, social media, email marketing, CRM & automation platforms).

Excellent communication and copywriting skills; capable of simplifying complex financial concepts.

Trilingual: Dutch, French, and English (written and verbal proficiency).

Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate vision into action.

Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

Project management mindset with hands-on execution capabilities.

Solid understanding of legal and ethical guidelines in financial marketing (MiFID, GDPR, FSMA, CSSF, etc.).

Curious, proactive, and open to new marketing trends and technologies.

Willingness to travel regularly between Belgium and Luxembourg.
