De functie

  • This position is a combination of acting as a Personal Assistant to our Managing Partner on the one hand and being responsible for the HR Administration on the other hand.
  • As a Personal Assistant your responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following tasks:
  • Organization of the agenda and inbox of the Managing Partner
  • Booking and organization of (virtual) meetings, memberships, travel and other activities
  • Administrative tasks: lay-outing of documents, drafting Pp presentations, handling mails and letters
  • Contact management
  • As HR Administration Officer your duties include (but are not limited to) the following tasks:
  • Creating and maintaining employee records
  • Handling the day-to-day contacts with our social partner (Partena)
  • Handling all personnel administration: dimona declarations, registration of all sorts of leaves, sickness, time registration system, payslips, performances of interim workers, etc.
  • Preparing and adjusting HR documents (e.g. entries and departures of employees)

Het profiel

  • You hold a Bachelor or Master degree in a related field (e.g. Bachelor Office Management)
  • You have an advanced knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Professional and Excel
  • You have experience in working with a HR program (HRIS)
  • You are bilingual Dutch/French with a very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
  • You are discrete, punctual, numerically strong, well organized, stress-resistant, flexible, and communicative
  • You enjoy being part of a team but you can also work autonomously
  • Character wise people describe you as being positive, helpful, social and solution-oriented
