Paid Search & Paid Shopping Specialist
- Manage Paid Search & Paid Shopping campaigns end to end to ensure a successful outcome across multiple markets with high quality standards;
- Plan, develop and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, bidding, ad copy and other elements of paid search;
- Daily, weekly and monthly audit reporting and monitoring to ensure performance against targets;
- Assessing and adopting new Search features that will help them achieve their ambitious growth plans;
- Overseeing existing campaigns and making recommendations on how to optimize them;
- Analysis of campaigns with regard to efficiency using performance KPIs (ROAS, CTR, etc.);
- Optimization of campaign performance, e.g. through A/B tests;
- Deliver insights and learnings to other channels owners (e.g. SEO) to improve company results.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications;
- Oral and written Dutch or English is required - French or German is a plus;
- At least 2 years of experience in Paid Search& Paid Shopping, working with feeds;
- Expert knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics;
- Knowledge of different digital marketing channels (SEO, Influencers, Affiliates,…) is a big plus;
- You can set up a strategic plan within your field of expertise and convert this to execution with ease;
- Strong communication and organizational skills with hands-on attitude;
- A performance mindset / DNA;
- Strong analytical skills & commercial, proactive service-oriented attitude;
- Advanced Excel/spreadsheet skills, SQL and Scripts knowledge would be a bonus;
