Functional Analyst

The Business Analyst in charge will get two main objectives for his/her mission:

Objective 1: Lead the roll-out of the new GRC solution as (key) business owner

• Following and ensuring the proper implementation regarding the business requirements and expectations
• Parametrizing the software factories (workflows, data model, conditional rules, etc.)
• Testing the solution by oneself and through (internal) end-users’ panels (bug tracking and user experience)
• Proposing the necessary adjustments and improvements
• Developing dashboards and reporting capabilities
• Preparing documentation and training courses

Objective 2: Full reconciliation between accounting and incident management to strengthen the current data quality of the bank loss event database.

In close collaboration with the accounting department

• Describing the AsIs situation (methodologies, tooling, etc.) on how business and support lines identify losses from operational incidents and how they register them in the accounting book/database
• Developing the integrated ToBe situation for ensuring data quality and reconciliation between the accounting book and the loss event database of the new GRC solution.
• Resolving the legacy

• Degree and/or relevant professional qualification
• Significant experience (min. 3y) in the Operational Risk Management in regulatory/compliance business environment of the wholesale financial services industry
• Knowledge of French, Dutch and English is required
• Highly motivated, with a proven ability to work on own initiative

• Strong presentation, business writing and professional standards
