Position

  • Customer Onboarding & Relationship Management: Establish strong relationships with major customers, understand their needs, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • New Customer Acquisition & Growth: Attract, convert, and grow new customers to support our regional growth objectives.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Identify and develop the sales strategies and approaches needed to secure topline growth in the market.
  • Expansion Planning: Create a robust expansion plan with clear milestones and timelines.
  • Route to Market Playbook: Define and initiate our market entry strategy for the dedicated region.
  • Market Analysis & Reporting: Provide regular feedback and reporting on market trends, analysis, and results.

Profile

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project sales within the building materials or interior design industry.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time (to the Middle-East, Southern Europe and Northern Africa).
  • Sales & Business Development Expertise: Proven ability to drive sales and business growth.
  • Go-Getter Attitude: A talent for networking and acquiring new customers, coupled with a proactive, can-do approach.
  • Flexibility & Results Orientation: Able to adapt to changing circumstances and focused on achieving results.
  • Negotiation & Communication Skills: Strong abilities in negotiation and communication, essential for building and maintaining client relationships.
