For one of our clients in the financial sector, we are currently looking for a:

Team Leader Credit Collection in Brussels

Fonction

- To conduct Performance Management Process
- To manage a team of risk operations delivering first class service, well balanced between mitigating the risk and servicing our customers.
- To ensure resolution of enquiries, complaints and request for services at the earliest possible opportunity.
- To manage the workload and allocate right level of resource to optimise service provision and administrative support accross the risk operations team.
- To monitor the changing needs of the service, liaising with internal and external customers to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for service improvement and implementing them.
- To ensure that the team follows established procedures for each service request, including logging, processing and progress chasing enquiries, adhering to agreed Key Performance Indicators, Service Level Agreements and quality standards in line with business expectations.
- To ensure statistical information is produced, collated and analysed an a daily basis to assist in evoluating the efficiency of the team and to inform resource allocation and service improvements.
- Ensuring all operations are compliant with company and regulatory requirements.
- Ensures appropriate KPI’s are reported on a timely basis, reporting any reasons for variance and plan to remedy.
- Is responsible for the everyday running of the planning.
- Will report to the Risk Operations Director and have regular meetings to discuss new developments, issues arising and any relevant team matters.
- Promote & facilitate initiatives/projects
- Partner closely with all business partners
- Identify current and future needs for coaching, training to meet goals, drive performance and improvement.
- Supporting HR in recruitment process.

Votre profil

- Fluently 3-lingual, Dutch, French, English
- Proven Team Leader and/or management skills with a Master’s degree or equivalent by experience.
- Strong Credit & Collection background
- Demonstrate knowledge of credit industry policies and procedures
- Meet & exceed set targets and customer expectations
- Numerically oriented
- Ability to manage complex operations, processes and multiple assignments.
- Ability to manage staff in a people focused manner.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to successfully interact with staff, internal and external partners to problem solve to achieve goals.
- Proven analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Good sense for initiative
- Excellent communication, organizational, motivating and planning skills.
- Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
